I've never been a blogger, but decided to give it a shot after several people suggested that I start a blog to share some of the things that compose the uniqueness of my life. After marrying my other half, Kevin Wolff, on October 10, 2014, I decided this would be the best time to start! Cream Cheese Frosting

  • 1 1/2 cup Cream Cheese
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 Stick (1/2 cup) of Butter (unsalted)
  • 3 1/2+ cups of sifted confectioners sugar (powdered sugar)
  • 1/8 tsp salt
